Ideally you will contact us pre-completion of the purchase of your new property, however you can still use our service up to 2 years post moving into your property.

One of our inspectors will then visit your new home, compiling the essential elements of the Home Defect Report. Our inspector will check over 300 items, the majority of which will not be obvious to identify.

The inspection will last between 1 and 4 hours depending on the size of the property.

After the inspection a Home Defect Report will be produced and submitted to you within 48 hours. Our customer service team will then act as a liaison between yourselves and the developer to ensure all defects are remedied in a timely and satisfactory manner.
