
The responsibility of identifying defects in new build properties rests firmly with the homebuyer, NOT the house builder. It is therefore vital that a home inspection is carried out so any defects can be rectified, preferably before
completion.

Our highly experienced and qualified inspectors will thoroughly
inspect your new home for quality defects, resulting in a
comprehensive Snagging List which will detail all the defects
in your new build property, the vast majority of which are
not identified by the average house buyer.
Our findings are then communicated to the developer who is obliged to remedy the defects under the terms of your building warranty.
Inspections can be carried out pre-completion or
up to a maximum of 2 years post moving in to your new property.
(Please note that after this period the developer is no longer
responsible for defects in your new home, and you will be
liable for any subsequent works).
